Toqi Zargaron Bazaar
Assalomu alaykum everyone 😍 ❤️
We went to the Toqi Zargaron market on our practice day today. As always, we saw a lot of handicrafts there. It was great.
Toqi Zargaron is the largest of several ancient domed bazaars and the most complex in construction and placement of bazaars in the city. The building has a large dome as well as several smaller domes. The bazaar was built in 1586-1587 from clay bricks during the reign of Abdullah Khan II of the Shaibani dynasty for the trade of jewelry. Its name, translated from Persian and Tajik, means "Dome of Jewelers". It had more than 35 jewelry workshops and shops.
Toki Zargaron is a famous tourist spot. Currently, there are souvenir shops selling antiques, handicrafts, as well as goldsmiths' and blacksmiths' workshops.
In information about the Toqi Zargaron market gave us my classmate Sevinch.
Our practice is over. Good bye-bye 👍
